Already this month, Moscow is discussing the election of the mayor.
At the same time, elections of deputies in 13 municipalities of TINAO will be held in the capital. Dates – from 8 to 10 September.
As in previous years, voting could be done remotely from a smartphone, tablet or computer.
Who can vote online
To vote in elections, you must be a citizen of the Russian Federation at the age of 18 and have permanent registration at the place of residence in Moscow.
In addition, you must have a full account on the mos.ru website.
How to get a full account on mos.ru
To upgrade your account to full, you need to ensure that your identity is strong. There are two options: online and offline.
Onlanan:
▪️ Enter SNILS in the section Personal documents
▪️ Log in to mos.ru using your Gosuslug account, Sber ID, Tinkoff ID, VTB ID or Alfa ID. Or link a verified SBER ID, Tinkoff ID, VTB ID or Alfa ID account in the section Security Settingsor from your personal account: Profile → Security → Linked accounts.
Offline:
You can verify your identity at any public service center My Documents. You will need a passport and SNILS, you will only need to fill out an application.
After verifying your identity and receiving a full account, go to mos.ru and click Provit. If successful, after a while you will receive a code for the participant in the drawing (more on it below).
Register to vote online until September 7 inclusive.
How to vote online
1. Go to your personal account on mos.ru. Voting will be open from 08:00 September 8 to 19:59 September 10.
2. Verify your identity. Before downloading the newsletter, you will receive an SMS with a code sent to the phone number specified in your account on mos.ru. Enter the code from the SMS in a special field, and the bulletin will open.
3. Check the boxes and click the button Vote.
In 13 municipalities of TINAO, voters will have two ballots – one for the election of the mayor, the other for municipal deputies. On the second ballot, you can choose more than one candidate, the exact number will be written on the ballot.
