37% of HR professionals admitted that they sometimes had trouble finding employees for a part-time job. 23% of those surveyed never had problems.
4% of respondents are sure that there are few sites on the market to post vacancies. The same number of companies report problems with payment for work.
More than 360 companies from all regions of Russia participated in the study, the survey was conducted in August 2023.
