The first metro station in Russia opened right at the airport

Two new metro stations have been opened in Moscow, one of which is Vnukovo Airport. This was reported on the website of the mayor of Moscow.

Now one of the Moscow airports can be reached by metro without using motorized transport. The way from the center of Moscow to the airport will take about 50 minutes.

Vnukovo Airport became the first metro station in Russia located right at the airport.

You can exit the station towards the Vnukovo terminal, the underground terminal of the Aeroexpress, the station square and 1st Reisovaya street.

Vnukovo Airport Station is expected to be used by more than 22,000 people per day.
