Apple Store employees received additional training ahead of the iPhone 15 release.

In addition to smartphone information, USB-C accessories should be actively marketed.

When purchasing an iPhone 15, Apple Store employees will warn customers that the smartphone comes with only a USB-C/USB-C cable and no charger. Additionally, customers will report that the iPhone 15 “cannot be charged using the permanent power supply and display.”

The customer is then directed to go to the USB-C accessory stand to receive an additional cable and charger.
