According to the data provided, the new generation SoC is 18% faster at the same power consumption, power consumption is 32% lower at the same speed and component density is 60% higher.

MediaTek plans to launch 3nm chips for smartphones, tablets, smart cars and other devices starting in the second half of 2024.
