The Voskhod Management Company, which manages the Voskhod Fund, together with the NTI ANO Platform, will create the NTI Venture Fund for Aerospace Technologies, the press service of the management company reported. Its total size will amount to 8 billion rubles.

A risk fund for aerospace technologies will be created in Russia

The fund will finance national projects in their early stages, which have received the status of “NTI Project”.

  • aerospace technology;
  • technologies for navigation and air traffic control;
  • autonomous transportation;
  • fuel cells;
  • New Materials;
  • AI for the aerospace industry;
  • production of high-precision microcircuits;
  • new optical devices, etc.

The average investment in a company will be between 50 and 100 million rubles. The agreement for the creation of the fund was signed by the managing partner of Voskhod Management Company, Ruslan Sarkisov, and the general director of the NTI Platform, ANO, Dmitry Peskov, during the Eastern Economic Forum.

The fund is scheduled to launch in late 2023 and early 2024.

Voskhod Management Company manages the venture fund of the same name, whose investor is Vladimir Potanin’s Interros. Its portfolio includes 14 technological projects in the field of biotechnology, unmanned vehicles, industry 4.0, space technologies and others.

In early June, Voskhod became an investor in biotech startup NovoSkin. The project presented technology for the regeneration and treatment of damage to human skin.
