The companies have worked closely together for more than 10 years on various initiatives, including Android and artificial intelligence, the search giant’s president said in an interview published in Wired.
In August of this year, the two companies announced a partnership that will give Google cloud services customers expanded access to technologies based on NVIDIA H100 GPUs.
By the way, it will also last at least 10 years.
This event had a positive impact on NVIDIA stock prices, which closed at a record high.
Google and NVIDIA are actively investing in artificial intelligence development. Pichai described the technology as “one of the most profound technologies the company has ever worked on.”
