Apple has released updated firmware for AirPods 2, AirPods 3, AirPods Pro, AirPods Pro 2 and AirPods Max.
Build 6A301 is available on AirPods Pro 2, while build 6A300 is available on AirPods, AirPods Pro and AirPods Max.
The AirPods Pro 2 update will likely enable the Adaptive Audio feature, which blocks out loud and disruptive noise.

1. Connect headphones to iPhone
2. Put them in the case and connect them to the charger.
3. Wait 5 minutes
You can view the firmware version via Settings → General → About this device → AirPods.
