Car insurers named the most dangerous streets in Moscow. Alfastrakhovanie analyzed the data on traffic accidents in the capital in 2023: Leninsky Prospekt topped the rating, Leningradka closed in the top three.
Alfastrakhovanie specialists have drawn up a classification of the most dangerous streets and avenues in Moscow. To do this, they analyzed data on traffic accidents from their clients who hold an MTPL policy.
“Overall, traffic in Moscow has changed significantly and has become more orderly,” the analysts noted.
The five most accident-prone streets in the capital look like this (the share of accidents involving the company’s clients in the total number of accidents is indicated):
- Leninsky Prospekt: 1.13%;
- Prospect Mira – 1.05%;
- Leningrad Prospekt: 0.9%;
- Profsoyuznaya Street – 0.86%;
- Lyusinovskaya Street – 0.78%.
In the top ten there are also Vernadsky, Michurinsky and Kutuzovsky avenues.
