According to leaks, Tensor G3 will use FOWLP technology developed by Samsung. It promises to improve heat dissipation and increase performance.
Previous Pixel models equipped with Tensor processors experienced overheating issues that reduced the overall performance of the device.
However, Samsung’s latest development will reduce the thickness of the chips, which will improve heat dissipation and make the processor more efficient.
Tensor G3 will be based on the Korean giant’s 4nm process and will feature one Cortex-X3 core, four Cortex-A715 cores and four Cortex-A510 cores.
Although the processor will not use the latest ARMv9.2 architecture, it will still be faster and more efficient than the previous model.
