47% of freelancers in Russia intend to increase the cost of their services by the end of 2023, one in five – by between 20 and 30%. This is stated by a study conducted by Console.Pro and hh.ru, the results of which were reviewed by TASS.
In most cases, the highest incomes for self-employed workers are offered in the field of retail trade, IT, logistics, public and business services. On average, in these categories they offer from 150 thousand to 200 thousand rubles per month.
More than 150 thousand respondents earn more than 150 thousand rubles per month, while almost one in a third has incomes of less than 50 thousand rubles per month.
Self-employed workers, to earn more money, are willing to invest in equipment and labor for the provision of services (30%), in their own education (28%) and in advertising (27%). Only 9% of self-employed people chose to build a personal brand or work on their image and reputation.
According to the study, the growth of the current income of freelancers is hindered by the daily solution of various problems: 32% have difficulties in finding clients, 22% are harmed by competition in the sector. One in five people have difficulties with time management and 16% of respondents complained about unscrupulous employers and clients.
