Twitter user with the nickname Mobile Hacker Published a short video demonstrating a simple way to find out the IP address of any Telegram user.
It will take no more than 5 minutes for the attacker to do everything. To “break through” the user, just download and run this utility written in Python on an Android smartphone. It uses the STUN protocol.
After this, the “hacker” calls his victim and drops him as soon as he accepts the call. That’s it – the address is displayed in the program.
To protect yourself from intruders, there are two solutions: never receive calls from unknown contacts or immediately prohibit unknown people from calling you on Telegram. You can do this in the menu Settings -> Privacy -> Callschoosing My contacts.
