Under the terms of the agreement, the operator was to purchase the share from March 2021 to March 2028, at the seller’s choice, for no less than 606 million rubles. Market participants estimate the transaction at 1 billion rubles, Kommersant has learned.

In spring 2022, Grigory Berezkin was placed on the EU sanctions list. However, after filing a complaint with the European Court of Justice in Luxembourg in September 2023, the sanctions on the businessman were lifted.

The interlocutor of the publication suggested that Berezkin sell his share, since the asset could be considered related to the state.
