Retailer Lime may open cafeteria areas in its stores

20% of Lime Cafe is owned by Style Trade LLC, which manages the Lime network, and another 80% belongs to Irina Khokhlova. According to Marina Malakhatko, senior director of CORE.XP, the cost of launching one such zone could amount to 20 million rubles.

At the beginning of 2023, Lime began to open larger outlets (2-2.5 thousand m2) than before (450-500 thousand m2).

According to Anna Lebsak-Kleymans, CEO of Fashion Consulting Group (FCG), the launch of the café format in stores is popular among fashion brands that target a small group of consumers. In this way, the brand emphasizes the value of authorship and design, explains the expert, adding that today in the Russian Federation there are no similar examples among the main players in the industry.

Before leaving the Russian market, the Japanese Uniqlo had a project of this type. The Paveletskaya Plaza shopping center chain of stores operated a coffee shop in partnership with ABC Coffee Roasters.

Next year, Lime plans to open a flagship store in the Model House on Kuznetsky Most with an area of 3 thousand square meters. m., write the publication.

As previously discovered by RB.RU, a Lime sign announcing the imminent opening of a store was seen in Dubai’s largest shopping center, Dubai Hills Mall.
