Tinkoff has launched a humanoid robot factory to combat telephone scammers. Bots will keep attackers on the line so they call as little as possible. This was reported to RB.RU by the bank’s press service.
The robots are part of the project “Defending Telephone Secretary Oleg”. By default, you can answer calls if the subscriber does not answer, even those from spammers. If the call comes from scammers, bots will join the conversation.
Subscribers of all mobile operators can connect to a telephone secretary, even if they do not have a Tinkoff card. The robots speak with the voices of bank employees; Voice actors Pyotr Glanz (voice of Deadpool) and Daria Blokhina also participated in the dubbing.
