Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg announced Meta Verified for companies last Wednesday (20). Signature guarantees the seal of verification For companies operating on Facebook, Instagram and soon WhatsApp.
The package is very similar to traditional Meta Verified sold to casual users and content creators. Check out more details in the lines below.
By subscribing to the service the company will have the following rights:
- Verification seal linked to the profile;
- Proactive monitoring against fake accounts and better brand protection;
- Access support and assistance with account troubleshooting;
- New ways to highlight the brand.
The importance of paid trading accounts is different on each platform. On Instagram and Facebook, subscriber accounts will have priority in displaying search results and recommending profiles to follow in the feed.
Subscription in WhatsApp provides additional features and the ability to create a personalized page in the application to make it easier to find the brand in search.
Limited accessibility
According to Big Tech, testing for companies with Meta Verified will begin in selected countries in the coming weeks. The list has not been published. WhatsApp subscription will be launched in the future.
According to Mark Zuckerberg’s company, the Meta Verified subscription costs $21.99 per month (R$108 in direct conversion) for each Facebook page or Instagram profile associated with the brand, or $34.99 (~R$172) for both will be. WhatsApp subscription price has not been announced.
