The decision to supply ATACMS systems to Kiev was taken on the eve of Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky’s visit to Washington. US President Joe Biden told the Ukrainian leader that the US will supply a “small number” of ATACMS short-range ballistic missile systems with a range of up to 300 km.
