Chinese smartphone manufacturers Tecno and Realme plan to open branded stores in Russia in 2024.
Tecno will open its first stores with a partner in the first quarter of 2024. This was confirmed by the brand’s sales director Viktor Kolesnichenko. What points of view are opened are not specified. But the stores will have a full range of products to promote the ecosystem.
The first Realme stores also opened the following year, ending with Marvel Distribution. Their appearance “should be considered not so much from the point of view of increasing sales, but from the point of view of additional marketing promotion.”
Infinix has no plans to open its own stores in Russia yet because the brand is only two years old. [Коммерсантъ]
