Wildberries has made adjustments to the system for calculating the profit from collection points (POI). According to Mash, now the percentage of collection points will decrease by 0.03 percentage points for each additional million after the collection point issues orders for more than 8 million rubles. The Wildberries press service denies a decrease of 0.03 percentage points and notes that the percentage change is influenced by several factors.
The resource, referring to the owners of the collection points, writes that the site works according to a new scheme. If a point sells goods worth less than 8 million rubles, it receives 3%. When the number of issued orders exceeds the specified mark, with each new million the figure will decrease by 0.03 percentage points.
Regardless of the cost of the delivered goods, the percentage will be calculated only for 10 thousand rubles of the amount of the goods.
The market’s press service did not confirm these data to RB.RU and noted that the company was testing a new “flexible tariff system.” Anticipate maintenance costs for each distribution point, taking into account its exact location. The company highlighted that thanks to the new system some entrepreneurs will be able to increase their income. But for 65% the situation will not change.
“The percentage drop of 0.03% after 8 million for the Moscow region is not true: for each item the percentage changes depending on all factors (turnover, number of employees, rental cost),” notes Wildberries
They added that the threshold of 10 thousand rubles does not apply: the percentage is still calculated on the total amount of each product.
At the same time, the company advocates changing the calculation mechanism by introducing a fairer system that takes into account individual characteristics, instead of establishing the same remuneration for everyone.
According to Mash, in the Russian regions, starting October 1, market employees began to arrive at the collection point themselves and collect bonuses there.
