The Azbuka Vkusa retail chain has launched the production of dietary supplements under its own brand – Azbuka Life. The bioadditives are produced in the facilities of the French company Irati. The retail price will vary from 1.2 thousand to 2.7 thousand rubles.
ABC of Taste dietary supplement prices are above average. This is due to production abroad, the cost of which increases during periods of instability of the ruble exchange rate, Kommersant’s interlocutors noted.
According to DSM Group, in August 2023, the average cost of a package of dietary supplements was 347 rubles, a year-on-year increase of 22%.
- American online health and beauty products store iHerb stopped delivering products to Russia, Ukraine, Belarus and Moldova in February “due to logistical problems.”
- Even earlier, in January, iHerb was included in the Roskomnadzor register of banned sites. Previously, the court found that the quality and labeling of some products of the American online store do not comply with the technical regulations of the EAEU.
