United Russia deputy Tatyana Butskaya prepared a new version of the bill on the “Russian regiment”; is being developed with the support of the Ministry of Industry and Trade, the document has already been sent for approval to the government, Izvestia learned.

According to the author’s plan, the new rules should come into force on March 1, 2024. Rospotrebnadzor will monitor the implementation of these rules.

The Government has sent the bill to the Ministry of Industry and Trade to prepare an official conclusion, the Cabinet said.

Previously, Yandex.Market revealed for the first time the ranking factors that influence the placement of products in market search results: the greatest weight for algorithms is the exact description of the product.

According to the online platform, more than half of the products that end up in the cart are found in the results of the search query. The rest is found in the recommendations feed, personal selections or on the service’s main page.
