Now the company has informed developers in Russia that they can add links to external resources to pay for purchases in their applications. To do this, you need to use the StoreKit API external Purchase Link Entitlement (RU) for iOS and iPadOS.
It is noted that external links are available only to App Store users from Russia, and not for all countries. Mention of external purchase payment systems must comply with the company’s requirements, which are in the manual.
Apple said it will receive a 27% commission on purchases from Russian apps using a payment threshold method. The standard App Store commission is 30%.
