ASD CEO Rachel Noble said the coin celebrates the work of agency members and the evolution of code breaking.

The coin serves a more important purpose than just being a fun puzzle, and those who break the codes can get a job at ASD, Noble said.

We thought it was a really fun way for people to crack the codes, hoping that if they passed all four encoding levels on the coin they could apply to the Australian Signals Authority.”Noble recorded.
