You don’t need to download any apps to listen to the surf or stream.
iPhones and iPads have long had a feature installed that even works from Control Center.
You can see what sounds there are like this:
1. Open Settings
2. Go to section Universal access
3. Select an item Audiovisualization
4. Open Background sounds
5. Turn on the toggle switch.
6. In chapter Sound You can choose the type of flashlight: ocean, rain, stream, different types of noise.
To add a shortcut feature to Control Center, do the following:
1. Open Settings
2. Chapter Command centre
3. add widget Hearing
4. In the control center, press the button with the ear.
5. Tap “Background sounds” to select the noise type. Tap the round ear icon to turn it on.
👉 Widget Hearing also primarily shows whether the noise level in your ears is safe. This is useful when you listen to music at high volume: after 80 dB, the indicator will turn yellow to make you pay attention.
