According to a memo sent by the ASC, the error is mainly observed on the Apple Watch Series 9 and Ultra 2. However, there are isolated complaints from owners of other watches. It is noted that the problem occurs in all versions of watchOS 10, including watchOS 10.0.2.

The document states that service centers should not replace watches with new ones. Instead, they should suggest waiting for a new version of the software.
