Cupertino could deploy hundreds of AI servers over the next two years to implement this functionality, according to a supply chain study conducted by an expert.

According to Pu, the company will offer two artificial intelligence options: in the cloud and on the device itself to ensure user privacy.

However, despite all these plans, the public will need to have “some patience” as Apple is still working on issues related to the processing and use of personal data in line with its privacy promises.

If all goes as planned, generative AI features will be available starting from iOS 18 and iPadOS 18.
