Russian software developers increased their turnover by the end of the year by 19.4% to 1.98 trillion rubles. TASS reports this based on a Russoft study.

Analysts noted that the increase in turnover was affected by the increase in sales within Russia and the decrease in the influence of export earnings.

The share of software sales in the domestic market exceeded 70% and amounted to 1.51 trillion rubles. Year after year, this monetary figure increased by 35.3%.

At the same time, custom software development fell into decline: it accounted for 28.9% of sales for service companies and 7.4% for product companies. In 2022, these figures were 70% and 20%, respectively.
