Trial for damages in his latest case was set to begin Monday, but he reached a confidential settlement with a multibillion-dollar company that will pay him damages and attorney fees.
This is the second time the company has paid him, after receiving more than $100,000 in compensation in 2015.
Duffy said his fight was never about money, but about holding Google accountable. “Google made me feel worthless,” he said.
