In particular, we are talking about a new artificial intelligence assistant called Copilot, which, according to Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella, can replace the traditional Start button.
During the announcement of Qualcomm’s new Snapdragon X Elite processor, Nadella talked about the future of Windows and the role of artificial intelligence in it.
Copilot, which can run both on the Windows operating system itself and in applications such as Microsoft 365, becomes the most important part of this strategy. Nadella emphasized that the next generation of AI computers is already being created and Copilot will play an important role in this process.
“The co-pilot is like the Start button,” Nadella said. “The Assistant becomes the orchestrator of all your applications. For example, I reach out to it and express my intention, and it either directs me to the app or pulls the app into Copilot to help me learn, search for information, and create content. This completely changes the user’s habits.”
