There was a massive disruption in Avito’s work. Users are “kicked” from their accounts and their personal account data is not uploaded. Most of the complaints come from Moscow and St. Petersburg.
There was a technical problem in the operation of the Avito advertising service. This is demonstrated by data from the Downradar accident tracking service.
According to current data at the time of this publication, more than a thousand users received complaints about the work of Avito. These are mainly users from Moscow and St. Petersburg.
“He leaves the office himself. Ads do not open. Either he does not appear at all or he simply does not load,” users write in Downradar comments.
39% of complaints indicate a general failure of the service, 15% indicate incorrect operation of the site, 14% indicate problems with authorization in the service.
Updated at 19:55 Moscow time. The outage was short-lived and the number of complaints decreased significantly an hour after the peak.
“The platform is working normally, all services are fully available,” Avito’s press service informed RB.RU.
