“This decision was not made lightly. It’s time for a new chapter for both me and the board of directors. Change is an integral part of growth and renewal, and I am confident that this organization will continue to thrive with new leaders,” Economides commented on his departure.
In April, TCS Group announced plans to spin off the Russian segment of its business into a separate entity. It will be led by a team of senior managers led by Chairman of the Board of Directors Stanislav Bliznyuk.
