Alexey Gorbunov’s FinSight Ventures and others invested $3.5 million in InsurTech company Bimaplan

Bimaplan was founded in Mumbai by Vikul Goyal. The platform helps companies distribute insurance products to their customers. India does not have high insurance penetration and traditional distributors do not serve low- and middle-income residents.

In two years of existence, Bimaplan managed to receive 6.5 million dollars and the startup intends to spend the funds raised in the last round on expanding its platform, launching new products and directions to meet the needs of users.
