Microsoft’s latest patent application dated November 7 this year, has in tech giant Based in Redmond and providing therapeutic treatment in one application.
Essentially, it creates a user profile based on the emotional cues extracted from the images and then generates a memory entry based on the images and the profile.

- Telepath: AI can conduct psychological tests based on how users react and feel.
In its demo, Microsoft details some of the device’s capabilities. chatbot and how it works. It has a chat window, a processing engine, and a database of responses—more than any “regular” AI therapy chatbot.

And that is not all. It also has modules for answering questions, analyzing emotions, creating memories, testing users, and storing user information.
“Artificial intelligence (AI) chatbot is becoming increasingly popular and is being used in more and more scenarios. The chatbot is designed to emulate human conversation and can communicate with users through text, voice, images, etc.,” Microsoft said in its presentation.
Interestingly, this chatbot can conduct psychological tests on users, both by explicitly asking them questions and by implicitly monitoring their responses and using this information to provide feedback.

This process also performs an implicit psychological test and can be triggered based on the user’s current emotional state, the content of their current session, or other factors.
Therefore, when activated, it selects suitable psychological questions for the test based on the current session and knowledge graph.
