Students working in the laboratory will gain knowledge about the development and production process of microelectronics. inSmart Director Alexey Uskov emphasized the importance of students being familiar with production in enterprises, which will make it easier for them to adapt after graduation.
According to Irina Gekht, the equipment in the inSmart laboratory is usually available only in large enterprises. This event will help strengthen Russia’s position in the field of microelectronics and leadership in imports. It is also planned to create more than 40 laboratories on campus. The campus is expected to open by the end of 2025.
