Gazprom-Media Holding became the owner of a majority stake in the blogging agency Insight People. The agreement involves the acquisition of 51% of Insight People LLC, Gazprom Media Holding reported.
“The combination of companies’ potential will provide an incentive to create new quality content and promote it,” said Alexander Zharov, CEO of Gazprom Media Holding.
Insight People has long been a strategic partner of Gazprom Media Holding in the development of the Rutube and Yappy platforms.
Information about the transaction has not yet been reflected in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities. The CEO and sole founder of Insight People LLC is Alina Zinnatullina.
