Vladimir Sinitsyn added that this is the first project of this kind in Russia, which has no direct analogues in the world.

The created innovative sensor monitors the heat flow emitted from highly loaded bearings and transfers the received data to a neural network via a wireless communication channel. Sinitsin stated that the neural network analyzes data in real time and warns the operator of possible deviations and the impending threat of bearing failure.

Such a preliminary analysis allows you to quickly replace defective parts, prevent emergencies and unauthorized interruptions of equipment in production.
