A Moscow court fined Google 4 million rubles for failing to remove information banned in Russia. TASS reported this.

The fine was imposed for Google’s refusal to remove videos from YouTube that discredit the Russian military. It is unknown what type of videos we are talking about.

On November 14, the court fined Google again for refusing to locate the Russians’ data. The fine amounted to 15 million rubles. The corporation was first fined for failing to locate Russians’ data in June 2022; then the amount also amounted to 15 million rubles.

On Wednesday, November 21, the Telegram messenger was fined 4 million rubles for refusing to remove prohibited information.
