MTS appointed a new member of the board of directors, Vice President of Finance Alexey Katunin, who previously held the position of Chief Controlling Officer of MTS. He said so in a statement.
Andrei Kamensky, former vice president of finance and member of the board of directors of MTS, leaves the company. He worked in this position for five years.
Alexey Katunin started working at MTS in 2009. In 2011, he became a leading economist in the commercial control department and rose to director of the functional control department. Since 2022, he held the position of Chief Controlling Officer of MTS, where he was responsible for the group’s operational finances, including financial planning, business analysis and investment portfolio management.
According to MTS, the responsibilities of the vice president of finance include financial planning, debt management, dividend policy and other strategic business issues.
