Intel wants to sell its 47,000 square foot office campus. The area includes 5300 square meters of laboratory space. The sale price has not been released, but the cadastral value of the property is $193 million, according to public sources.
Analog Devices is also looking for buyers for its 29,000 square meter campus. The object also does not have a publicly disclosed price. However, its value is $32 million according to official documents.
