At the end of December, Sberbank filed a statement on the inclusion of 7.6 million rubles to the capital’s arbitration court. The banking requirement is deduced from the loan agreement and the guarantee agreement, which was concluded on May 25, 2023. The Court will consider this requirement on February 26.

Sberbank was not the only credit organization that submitted a request for the recovery of Blinovskaya money. In November, a similar requirement presented a VTB for an amount of almost 270 million rubles. In January, the Court granted the VTB statement to the blogger, Tass reported.

Previously, Blinovskaya declared himself completely guilty of fiscal insufficiency, legalization of funds and illegal billing of payments. In the federal tax service, a blogger’s debt was estimated at 1.4 billion rubles, taking into account fines and fines.

Blinovskaya was arrested in April 2023 while trying to cross the Russian border with Belarus. She was accused of fiscal insufficiency for an amount of 918 million rubles and money laundering.
