VK is negotiating the purchase of the Intickets.ru ticket service and a stake in Kassir.ru, Kommersant newspaper reports, citing sources.

According to the publication, 100% of Intickets.ru will be transferred to VK and the deal is scheduled to close by the end of the year. “Negotiations with Kassir.ru are still ongoing,” sources say.

Intickets and Kassir.ru did not comment on this information.

Intickets will allow VK to connect to the management of the state Pushkin Card program and Kassir.ru, among other things, carries out promotional activities that VK wants to develop, writes Kommersant.

The newspaper’s interlocutor on one of the ticketing platforms estimates the cost of Intickets as part of the agreement at 1 billion rubles, and Kassir.ru (together with Radario, Parter.ru and PMI) at 6 billion rubles.

  • Intickets LLC appeared in 2015, 10% belongs to Annay Subcheva and 90% to Alexandra Kondratenko. In 2022, the company’s revenue reached 342 million rubles, a year-on-year increase of 83%, net profit almost tripled to 92 million rubles.

Since 2016, the project has been a contractor for museums and theaters in the capital; In 2023, the LLC was awarded 26 contracts for a total of 28 million rubles.

  • Since July, Kassir.ru – National Ticket Operator is 25% owned by the parent structure of Alfa Bank, AB Holding, 62.75% is at the disposal of the founder Evgeny Finkelshtein, another 12.25% is owned by Nadezhda Solovyova.

Kassir.ru’s revenue for 2022, including Radario (a ticketing platform and marketing service, of which Kassir.ru has 60%), amounted to 1.4 billion rubles, and turnover – 11 .3 billion rubles.
