Union representatives demonstrated outside Amazon’s UK headquarters, denouncing CEO Jeff Bezos’ vast wealth as workers face tough conditions.

GMB national secretary Andy Prendergast said: “No matter how fast they work, it will never be enough. “Enough is enough, that’s why they’re on strike in such large numbers today.” GMB organizer Amanda Gearing said: “Today will go down as a turning point in Amazon’s history.”

The fight for fair treatment and wages is intensifying as the global workforce unites against the e-commerce giant.
