According to the survey, a third of Russians have a positive attitude towards spam calls. Respondents admitted that during these calls they learn about interesting offers for goods and services. About a quarter of respondents receive unwanted calls every day.
32% of Russians admitted that they have a positive attitude towards unwanted phone calls. This is clear from the results of a survey carried out by the Webbankir platform.
More than half of those who have a positive attitude towards spam calls find these calls interesting offers of goods and services. Less frequently, respondents consider such calls and a conversation with a person who offers them something to be entertainment.
One in four respondents receives unwanted calls every day and one in five receives them several times a week. It is noteworthy that even respondents who have a positive attitude towards unwanted calls use protection services from “telemarketers”.
The survey was conducted in November 2023 throughout Russia and 1.5 thousand people participated.
