In this regard, the best games and apps have been ranked for their ability to stimulate positive change. This year’s winners “encouraged users to learn and grow in an inclusive and accessible space, contribute to a more sustainable future, engage in self-reflection, and improve intergenerational connections.”
1. Pok Pok (a digital sandbox that can study and think about the world)
2. Proloquo (creates assistive and alternative communication (AAC) tools that help you communicate in new ways)
3. Too Good To Go (allows users to minimize food waste by connecting them with restaurants and stores that have excess unsold food at an affordable price)
4. Unpacking (a mix of meditative puzzles)
5. Finding Hannah (a colorful coming-of-age hidden object game filled with inclusive and deep stories that explores the power of healing and self-discovery)
Apple named II the main trend of the year. It is artificial intelligence that is being integrated into applications most often this year. And although it is often used in its basic form, users can already appreciate its capabilities.
