According to Letnikova, increasing targeted admission quotas has become a systematic practice of the ministry. She also noted that the share of targeted training in the health sector is up to 75-76% of the total number of budget places, and in some specialized specialties this proportion reaches 100%.

Targeted training is a key criterion for providing medical personnel to subjects. Letnikova emphasized at the National Health Congress that this approach not only supports the increase in the number of graduates, but also ensures the growth of health potential.
