This Friday morning (30), Banco do Brasil customers reported that the bank’s application was closed. According to reports, the app does not allow users to log in on both Android and iOS systems.
The system displays an error message stating “a connection problem” and recommending “user try again later”. Other users have reported problems with biometrics.
On Twitter, users questioned the bank, which has yet to comment.
