Since March 2023, WhatsApp on iOS has the ability to create your own stickers, just like in Telegram.
This is an easy way to quickly express your emotions in dialogue. But connecting stickers aren’t always available, so why not make a small package? Not everyone knows about this opportunity.
I’ll tell you how to create your first sticker and a full-fledged sticker pack.
How to make a small sticker in 5 seconds
Everything is very simple here, the built-in functions of the iPhone are enough. We talked in detail about creating stickers from pictures separately, but here we just repeat the main points.
1. Open the photo you want to make a sticker from in the application. Photo on iPhone
2. Touch and hold the object you want to make a sticker until a white outline flashes.
3. From the context menu, select Copy
4. Open WhatsApp and go to any chat, then tap on the text field and tap Insert
5. Click the button Send
That’s all. You now have your own sticker on WhatsApp.
How to make a small sticker pack on WhatsApp
Here the situation is a little more complicated. We will need the free Stick.ly application to work.
1. Open sticker.ly and select Start (or “+” icon> -> Normal
2. Select the desired picture -> Add
3. Optionally add text, emoji, background, or other image to the selected object.
4. Click Save
5. Choose Create a set and give it a name. Create it and click Save again. Sticker added to set
6. In the section with your set, click “+” and repeat the steps above (except for creating a set) for other images.
7. After completing the set, press Add to WhatsApp
That’s all. Your sticker pack has been added to WhatsApp. If you decide to supplement it, you can also do this in the Sticker.ly application.
