Apple launches new yellow color for iPhone 14 and 14 Plus; see pictures

Confirming the rumors, Apple announced this Tuesday (7), A new color for iPhone 14 and iPhone 14 Plus. After this, mobile phones will also be sold in yellowComplementing the total of six colors offered by the company.

However, the new iPhone 14 and 14 Plus yellow color is not available for sale today. While Apple opened the pre-order period on Friday (10), the devices are expected to be delivered starting next Tuesday (14).

iPhone 14 prices:

• iphone 14: BRL 7,599 (128GB), BRL 8,599 (256GB), and BRL 10,599 (512GB)
• iPhone 14 Plus: BRL 8,599 (128GB), BRL 9,599 (256GB), and BRL 11,599 (512GB)

Alongside the light yellow hue, the iPhone 14 series is available in blue, purple, midnight (black), star (white), and red.

Despite the new color, the smartphone hardware remains the same: both feature the A15 Bionic chipset (with a six-core GPU) and three 12 MP cameras, two on the back and one on the front. The two also feature 6.1-inch OLED displays on the iPhone 14 and 6.7-inch in the Plus version.

Just today, Apple announced the availability of Emergency SOS in six new countries. However, the functionality will work later this month in Canada, France, Germany, Ireland, the United Kingdom, and the United States, as well as in Austria, Belgium, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, and Portugal.

New wristbands and cases for iPhone

In addition to the new iPhone color, Apple today announced the availability of new Apple Watch straps and spring-inspired phone cases. The silicone case for iPhone is available in four new colors: yellow, olivia, sky and iris.

When it comes to smartwatches, Apple introduced the Solo Loop, Braided Solo Loop, new bracelets from the Sport Band series and a number of new Hermès models. Only the iPhone 14 Pro and Apple Watch Ultra models have not received direct news.
