Due to the leak, Rockstar had to release the official trailer ahead of time, ruining what was supposed to be an epic event. The developers of GTA 6 expressed their disappointment on social networks. Veteran animator Javier Altman expressed disappointment, saying, “I was hoping to see this with my teammates for the first time tomorrow… It sucks.”
GTA 6 will once again take players through an entire province, including the famous neon streets of Vice City. But there will be opportunities to play outside of them, too.
Rockstar Games founder Houser stated that the game will continue the company’s tradition of creating highly immersive, story-driven open worlds.
At the same time, it is already known that there will be two main characters in the game: a girl and a boy.
Remember that Rockstar Games has become a pioneer in the open-world genre since the release of GTA III in 2001. Each subsequent game in the series, including GTA: Vice City, GTA: San Andreas, and GTA IV, has cemented the game’s status as one of the best-selling, critically acclaimed, and influential franchises in entertainment today.
There has been no talk of a PC version of GTA 6 yet.
