In Moscow, the Lasers and Equipment company introduced the first machines in Russia for precision processing of materials using ultraviolet lasers. Developed and produced by a national manufacturer, these machines are essential for the creation of microelectronics and electrical engineering. The machines allow micromachining of polymer films, printed circuit boards and semiconductor materials using an ultraviolet laser with high precision and radiation power.
It was reported that 4 machines have currently been produced, and more than 50 machines are planned to be produced annually for companies in the field of microelectronics. Lasers and Hardware has seen increased demand for laser technology and increased production capacity by 30% in September 2023. In 2022, 24 laser systems were produced and delivered to customers; This figure almost tripled compared to the previous year.
One of the key areas of the company is the production of microelectronic equipment. It is actively developing this segment thanks to its investments, highly qualified staff and city support. Lasers & Hardware manufactures a variety of laser equipment, including systems for processing metallic and non-metallic materials, 3D metal powder printing and laser welding systems. Its customers include large enterprises of Russian Railways, Rosatom, Kalashnikov concern and other industrial companies.
